1.Burj Khalifa – 828m | Tallest Buildings in Dubai

Located in Downtown Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Burj Khalifa, formerly known as Burj Dubai, has been the tallest building in Dubai and the world since it topped out in 2009. the design derives its form from the flower, Spider Lily. Apart from holding the title of the tallest tower in the world, it also holds records for the tallest free-standing structure, the building with the most floors, and the world’s highest elevator installation.

2. Marina 101 – 426m | Dubai Tallest Building

The second tallest building in Dubai i.e. the Marina 101. Nestled in the waterfront community of Dubai Marina, the 425-metre. The building, which was completed in 2016, has 101 floors. The 101-storey structure consists of several visual elements and projections that help break the monotony of the structure. The structure holds the title of the tallest residential tower, surpassing 432 Park Avenue by just 1m.

3. Princess Tower – 414m | Tallest Buildings in Dubai


Located in Dubai Marina, Princess Tower – which was once the world’ tallest residential tower between 2012 – 2015 – offers spectacular views of the Dubai coastline and the Dubai Eye Ferris Wheel. The building has a postmodern architectural style which can be seen on the discernible sections of the facade. The decorative dome at the crown of the structure is an iconic feature.

4. 23 Marina – 393m | Buildings Dubai

Completed in 2012, the structure features 92 floors. 23 Marina is a 393-metre residential tower nestled between Dubai Media City and Dubai Marina. it became the world’s tallest all-residential building before it was overtaken by Princess Tower in July 2012. The building tower s designed in an octagonal shape and sits on a podium that features a 6-story entry hall.

5. Elite Residence – 380m | Tallest Buildings in Dubai

Also located in Dubai Marina,the skyscraper overlooks the man-made Palm Jumeirah Island, Elite Residence was the world’s third tallest residential building at the time of its completion in January 2012.

The 380-metre building that features contemporary design with a touch of Victorian Architecture comprises 695 apartments that range from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom penthouses.

6. The Address Boulevard – 368m | Dubai Building

The Address Boulevard, also known as The Address The BLVD, is a 368-metre, 72-storey tower in Downtown Dubai, next to the iconic Burj Khalifa. It is the sixth tallest building in Dubai. The mixed-use structure has 196 rooms and 532 serviced apartments.

The building offers views of the Arabian Gulf, Burj Khalifa, and the Dubai Fountain.

7. Almas Towers – 363m | Dubai Tallest Building

Nestled in the waterfront community of the Jumeirah Lake Towers, 363-metre Almas Tower is nicknamed Diamond Tower due to its architecture that draws inspiration from the distinctive shape of diamonds.

The 68-storey building houses the Dubai Diamond Exchange in a two-storey podium that features eight triangles inspired by the facets of a sliced diamond extending out from the core. This is easily the tower’s most architecturally outstanding feature.

8. Gevora Hotel – 356m

Completed in 2017, the 356-metre, 75-storey Gevora Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road is the eighth tallest building in Dubai. It has 528 deluxe rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, leisure units and a health club.

According to the Guinness world record, it is the tallest hotel in the world. The glass façade of the structure allows the entry of ample natural light into all floors. The gold-tinted elements of the structure add to its elegance.

9. JW Marriott Marquis – 355m | Dubai Building

Located in Business Bay on Sheikh Zayed Road, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is made of up two towers of the same height – 355 metres. That make up the hotel have an expressionist style of architecture, that draws inspiration from the date palm tree, which is a symbol of Arab culture. The towers are placed on a 7-storey high podium, that houses all the public amenities.

10. Emirates Office Towers – 354.6m | Tallest Buildings in Dubai

Closing the list of Dubai skyscrapers is the Emirates Tower One, a 355-metre office building that is also located on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Completed in the year 2000, the emirates towers were one of the most characteristic skyscrapers to have come upon the Sheikh Zayed road. The two towers have 54 floors and are connected by Boulevard, a two-storey retail complex.

The beautiful landscape and winding pathways on the periphery of the complex helps create a distinctive identity in the rigid urban hardscape.
